A time to cry

We had to let Mr. Good Boy Alsley go with the angels this morning.  He gave us so much joy over his fifteen years.  He was a gentle soul and made our house a home.  The sadness right now is unspeakable, but he isn't in any pain and I know he is at peace.

  1. I feel your sorrow. We had a pug for only 10 years...Susie...she was a doll. Please know you're in my thoughts at this sad time. God Bless our sweet little friends.

  3. Oh man! I was just passing through (found you through a quilting blog) and read this and almost burst into tears too. I completely understand what you're going through and my heart goes out to you through this. He looks like he was an amazing little soul. May there be peace and joy with the memories even now.

  4. You're not alone in your grief; those of us with 4 legged family members recognize your pain and share it with you. He looks like he was a good boy, lovable companion, and discrete partner in crime. hugs for you.
