I was up bright and early with the birds this morning to put together some Emeril's Classic New Orleans Bread Pudding. I don't use the spiced cream recipe shown in this recipe, rather I prefer his recipe for Kentucky Bourbon Sauce with this bread pudding.
Bringing it to a Mardi Gras dinner tonight (after it is cooked of course) - yum!
Hot out of the oven...mmmmm :)
